About Me

I am a keynote speaker, facilitator and mentor, and have devoted my life to embracing, embodying and employing the core principles of yoga throughout all aspects of modern life.

A former cheerleader, elementary school teacher, yoga and dance instructor, I have travelled the world to explore ‘living yoga’ in different countries, cultures and contexts. My journey has taken me from psychiatric treatment centers in Tampa, to homeless shelters in Atlanta, the salons of Paris, ashrams of Delhi, lofts of Manhattan, and pre-school and elementary classrooms of San Francisco.

A minimalist, functional juiceaholic & professional organizer, I use yogic principles to create highly customised programs that provide an elegant, intelligent and practical roadmap to support you in experiencing greater joy, vitality and success.
